The Flatiron Cafe was first founded in 1983 under the name of Macy's. It has continuously operated since. The new owners, Tom and Cat Cook, fell in love with the place and just happened to be in the right place at the right time. Tom and Cat want the Flatiron to be a place where both visitors and friends can feel at home. |
