The Flat: Located directly above the Flatiron Café, the Flat is a cozy, picturesque slice of Jerome history. We don’t necessarily claim that it is haunted, but when it was first built in 1913 it housed a dentist’s office. Between your imagination and a good Stephen King novel, it could easily be haunted if you need it to be! The décor is coffee house funky/Jerome eclectic with tin ceilings and wooden floors. Things in the Flat: A queen size platform bed fashioned from Arizona walnut and mine-shaft timbers crafted by local furniture makers, Western Heritage • a flat screen TV (no cable) with computer ports and a DVD library • clock radio with I-pod player • ceiling fan • furnished kitchenette with microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee maker • private tiled bathroom with shower • AC • gas heater • WIFI.
